A fine thumbnail of bright red zoned Jonas Mine tourmaline. There are several crystals here scattered on the matrix of crystaline purple lepidolite, making a great color contrast. Probably from the late 70's to early 80's finds that are classics now, this one is really appealing. There are some very tiny areas of contacting that are not visible from most viewing angles and certainly not distracting. A very good value for this much color and quality in a gem thumbnail!
