The Erongos sometimes produce impressive and very unusual Fluorites often in just a small single pocket find. A few years ago a find of loose green scepters, mostly very etched thumbnails made news. This specimen is similar but from a more recent small find. Less etched, larger, bicolored and on matrix, this has great esthetics. Formed of two crystals grown close together the tips are perfectly terminated in deep purple color but the stalks and base are bright green. Few were found, this example is especially choice.
A super fine gemmy group of Wulfenite crystals with several habits on a complex, altered matrix. The specimen has many micro crystals that are not identified and a small zone of the rare Leiteite. Highly lustrous and quite esthetic with a deep cognac color. In excellent condition, ex Charles Noll collection.

Pink gemmy crystals of Cobaltoan Smithsonite in on a perfect condition thumbnail. From the great Tsumeb mine, this looks better in person, has the rich, lustrous color that is the most desiarable. The better Tsumeb pink Smithsonites are the worlds best, this small specimen show why.

This specimen is one of a kind, a unique Tsumeb oddity with great esthetics. An elongated, gemmy crystal of Smithsonite rises from a gossan matrix and hosts a few gem clear smokey Cerussites. The Smithsonite shows signs of being a compound crystal with parallel growth but a single termination. The Cerussites and a tiny part of the Smithsonite (only seen with magnification) are chipped but this is on the "back" not visible on display, the front and side view are pristine undamaged. Tiny Calcites with some odd habits are also scattered on the matrix. The crazy composition of this specimen is typical of why so many collectors love Tsumeb minerals.
A killer thumbnail with several perfect gem clear Cerussites on a contrasting green Conichalcite. A few of the Cerussites have the yellow crust that is usually identified as Mimetite but a few similar pieces turned out to be Hedyphane, this one has not been tested. The arrangement and esthetic construction is first rate. By naked eye this is pristine and undamaged, but one small contact/chip is seen with good magnification. Since Cerussite is so fragile the condition is extraordinary. I would rate this as strong competition quality and certainly better in person.
A choice and attractive Tsumeb specimen. A flower-like cluster of sharp Malachite pseudo after Azurite crystals is nicely perched on mounds of sharp well crystallized green Duftite. These are sizable (for the specie) and they are perched on what looks to be Mimetite and some Cerussite with a few gem clear Calcite crystals, a tuft of Rosasite and a few other micros of related species. This is the kind of elegant and complex mixing of diverse species and crazy chemistry that makes Tsumeb minerals so incredible. In fine condition, displays well and a real treat under the microscope.
A complete floater, this twinned Cerussite is crystallized all around and is in pristine condition. Dusted with Micro crystals of Posnjakite and perhaps a few other species, which add a nice color contrast. The individual arms are complex, multi-faced, parallel growth crystals which are lustrous and in some areas transparent. Text book habit with the twinning well defined and esthetic.

Sprays of yellow radiating Mimetites up to 3 CM long on contrasting nmatrix in an esthetic array. This is a complex specimen with several display angles and a vug with Mimetites partly coated with micro Arsentumebites. In good condition overall, some micro damage can be found with magnification but still displays very well. A really nice specimen of accicular Tsumeb Mimetite.
