A classic, well formed English Fluorite that has a prominent, isolated main crystal that is dominant on this specimen. Chalcopyrite and small Quartz crystals are scattered on the display surface. Strong deep color, in fine condition and vividly fluorescent, ex Hitchings collection. This is a pre 1970 specimen and possibly much older, a classic Weardale piece that displays well.

Big, zoned purple Fluorites crystals with sharp edges and classic face modifications. As is typical of some english Fluorites like this there is daylight fluorescence. The outer edges of the cubes are clear while the center is a milky white to pale purple. In exceptional condition damage wise, there are a few dull Galena crystals with Goethite overgrowth that adding contrast. From an older collection, this was collected long prior to 1970. The largest cube is over 5 CM diagonal and the condition is excellent damage-wise.
A classic daylight fluorescence Fluorite from Weardale. In fine condition with a large twin (2.8 CM diagonal) prominently on top of a mound of smaller, sharp Fluorites. Good transparency and luster, there are a few phantoms in the larger crystals. A choice example from this once prolific region and a fine textbook quality twin.
