Excellent "iron rose" type rosette of Hematite crystals. This is from the Lechang Mine where quite a lot of Hematite has been found over several years, but almost all has damage or are incomplete. This is undamaged, complete, esthetic and super sharp in form. The quality is remarkable from anyplace and incredible for China, this looks like a fine Alpine rose in person. A few tiny quartz crystals are noted as well but this is nearly all Hematite with no matrix. If this was a Swiss specimen it would be many times this price!
