Several hexagonal crystals of glassy Cerussite on matrix which look a lot like Cumberland habit Quartz. These bi-pyramidal twinned prisms sit on a complex matrix of Quartz some of which is colored pale green by inclusions. From the remarkable Grand Reef Mine that is famed for other lead secondaries; this is a nice small miniature in excellent condition.

A miniature from the Grand Reef Mine hosting milky white Cerussites with the habit that looks much like a doubly terminated Quartz. The Cerussites are on a typical druzy Quartz matrix and are in very good condition. A nice locality piece, the Grand Reef Mine is well respected as a source of some uncommon Lead secondary minerals.
Twined Cerussites contrast with an unusual matrix of small dark purple Fluorites. The Cerussites have a few blue inclusions but are mostly whitish. The matrix has several small zones of Caledonite and Linarite. Grand Reef has produced some excellent Lead secondary minerals and is a modern classic locale. This piece looks nice by naked eye but with strong magnification the details are very impressive.
