A USA classic from the Walworth Quarry. Perfect, glass-clear transparent Fluorite sits exposed on Dolomite matrix. The cube is 2.3 CM diameter and several flat needle like crystals of Anhydrite are clearly seen inside. The Fluorite has the most desired blue color and the matrix is seen perfectly through the crystal. This specimen is sawn on the base which is commonly done to collect these without damage in the very hard matrix. The saw marks are not really noticeable in most display positions. We can arrange for a prep lab to use pneumatic tools to roughen the sawn surface if desired though this is certainly not needed, and incurs a cost. Walworth Fluorites are highly desired in fine condition like this, some many have at least some damage. These are a modern classic, the quarry is still operating and twice each year collecting is allowed for one day. Some years little or nothing good is found, such good undamaged specimens are very rare and highly prized.

A single gem-clear cube of Walworth Fluorite is perched perfectly inside a thin Dolomite cast. Walworth Fluorites are classic but not often available as few are found each year. This is even more unusual as the thin shell or "cup" is an uncommon matrix composed of tiny Dolomte crystals. The Fluorite is clean, undamaged and colorless. This could trim to thumbnail size if desired.

A cute small miniature featuring glass clear cubes that are almost colorless but have a tiny hint of blue in some light. The main Fluorite is 1.3 CM across and there is no damage on the specimen. The matrix can be seen perfectly through the crystals. Walworth Fluorites are quite rare on the market and much respected by regional collectors and Fluorite lovers worldwide. From an older collection this is a very good value.

A sharp, remarkably transparent, glassy Fluorite cube is perched on a bed of Dolomite crystals. From the near legendary Walworth Quarry, this is an unusually stepped cube in fine condition. A few smaller crystals are also on the same matrix. Colorless but in some light a faint hint of blue is noted.
