Deep, vivid color Fluorite cubes are arranged in elongated chained structures having formed over crystals of Stibnite that are now gone. The hollow spaces left by the Stibnite are seen only on the back of the specimen. On the backside the Fluorites are coated with tiny white Calcite crystals. This specimen was illustrated in two mineral publications and in the "Whats new in St Marie" video production. This was a very exciting small find a few years ago but now these are no longer being found. Striking color and wonderful form, a different sort of Fluorite that is a choice addition to any good Suite.

Deep purple color Flourite cubes in a chain arrangement. From the recent find of stacked or stalactitic Fluorites which had originally formed over Stibnite crystals that no longer present. Some edges have an epitaxial coating of Barite that makes a nice contrast. In fine condition and very esthetic. This was a very small find and few had this intense color.
