Late Summer 2021
Vivid deep color and highly lustrous, these crystals of Roselite contrast with the Dolomite matrix. The finds at the Aghbar Mine of Roselite, and several other fine Cobalt minerals, are considered to have been the best for these species in the world. The crystals here are translucent to transparent, densely deposited in a protected vug 4.6 CM across.

Post Tucson 2015
Large deep purple-red crystals of Roselite in a vug decorated with fine Cobaltoan Calcites as accents. Well-composed and showy, the biggest crystals are 1.4 cm which is huge for the specie. In perfect condition inside the vug, outside a thin rim of chipping is noted where this was removed. Very strong display impact for the size.

Spring 2013
An especially "electric" colorful specimen with large well defined crystals and outstanding luster. The matrix is a block of pinkish dolomite/ calcite with some of the altered serpentine country rock adhering. The Roselites are in a shallow depression and contrast well with the host matrix. Very striking specimen with great impact. Bou Azzer Roselites are by far the best ever found and this is a quite fine example.
