The rare specie Getchellite from the type locality in Nevada, USA. Brilliant red masses and crude crystals mixed with orange Realgar and yellow Orpiment. Ex Ruth and Andy Palmer specie collection and study suite for Dr. Joe Mandarino. The Getchellite here is in eye visible dark red clusters and masses. Strong magnification shows a few crude crystal faces as well as cleavages in the colorful mix. Rich specimen of a quite rare but colorful mineral.
