Thin glass-clear undamaged Barite crystals on a minimal matrix of Rhodochrosite and tiny Barites. A very clean and attractive small miniature with no damage. The Cerro Warihuyn find of Barites is simply incredible, there have been many choice pieces in several habits and colors. This specimen is a very pale yellow-green hue in the Barites which are perfectly transparent and seem almost colorless in person. These Barites are still an excellent value for quality and esthetics at a reasonable cost.

A knobby growth of light blue-green Hemimorphite that has encrusted the matrix on all sides. The surface is fully covered by small sparkling crystals which are translucent and quite lustrous. From the 79 Mine, a well-known locality for fine Smithsonite and Wulfenite but which is also home to a wide array of Lead, Copper and Zinc minerals.

Multi-specie thumbnail from Mont Saint-Hilaire with a small blocky habit Serandite perched on top. The Serandite has a good orange color and is nicely set on a rosette of Polylithonite. This is a late 1960's vintage specimen.

Flattened habit Datolite crystals with green and yellow colors are sprinkled with Quartz crystals. The back and edges are contacted but main face is clean and very lustrous. An affordable example of a colorful Datolite from Dalnegorsk.

A cute Erongo combo specimen that has several doubly terminated Aquamarine crystals splayed on a mixed crystalline matrix. The Beryls have some transparency but overall they are a milky translucent. The Erongo Mountains have endless varieties of interesting minerals and produce enough volume that nice things can be found at any price point.

A thumbnail specimen with perfect, lustrous Serandite crystals scattered on a Albite matrix. These are true Serandites and not Schiziolite which was for many years confused and mislabeled. Excellent color, translucent to slightly transparent and in fine condition, these Serandites are tiny but choice from the classic Poudrette Quarry at Mt. St.-Hilaire.

From a find about 12 years ago in Yunnan Province, China. Pink Tourmalines with redder caps that came from the pegmatites of Gaoligong Shan is what seems to have been a mix of Elbaite and Liddiacoatite perhaps in zones. This piece shows the typical morphology of the find and has a nice bubble-gum color. The outer edges have contacts and chipping but there are several complete terminated crystals with no damage, the largest being 1 cm tall.
